Accident reported on SR 16

COSHOCTON – On Jan. 22 at approximately 11:59 a.m., the sheriff’s office received a 911 call in reference to a semi rollover on State Route 16. Upon arrival of emergency personnel, it was found that 41 year old Brian K. Hershberger of Beach City was traveling westbound on S.R. 16 when he lost control of his vehicle. Hershberger went off the right side of the roadway, up an embankment, and then overturned onto S.R. 16. Hershberger was flown from the scene by MedFlight to OSU Medical Center. His condition is not known at this time. Assisting at the scene was the Conesville Fire Dept., Three Rivers Fire Dept., Coshocton City Fire Dept., Dresden Fire Dept., Coshocton County EMS, MedFlight, REACT, William Albert Co., and Prince’s Wrecker Service. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
