HILLIARD – Barbara Ellen Kissner, 55, of Hilliard died Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at her home surrounded by family following a courageous journey with brain cancer.
She was born May 1, 1961 in Coshocton to William Walter and Lois Viola May (Lawrence) Lonsinger.
