Bradley Dale Kaiser

WEST LAFAYETTE – Bradley Dale Kaiser, age 73, of West Lafayette, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018. He was born on March 27, 1944, in Dover, Ohio to the late Clarence “Bud” and Hazel (Rummell) Kaiser.

Brad was a 1962 graduate of Gnadenhutten High School. On April 18, 1964, he married Esther Thomas and shared almost 54 years of marriage.

Brad worked several places in his lifetime and retired from Western Southern Life Insurance Company in 2006. He was a member of the Parkview Church of Christ. He enjoyed breakfast gatherings with his classmates and participating with the Gnadenhutten Alumni Association. He liked to work the cryptoquip puzzle in the newspaper, and enjoyed his grandchildren’s and great-grandchildren’s sporting events.

In addition to his wife, Esther, Brad is survived by his children, Lynnette (Richard Mardis) Kaiser, Karen (David) Eaton, and Jason Kaiser; grandchildren, Chelsey (Bryan)Tolliver, Megan (Christopher) Pizzino, Jackson, Camden, and Gavin Kaiser,  two great-grandsons, Bryce and Brody Tolliver; two step-grandsons, Robert and Andrew Eaton; sister, Sally Murphy of Newcomerstown and several nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, Brad is preceded in death by his sister Janet Hickenbottom.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 from 4:00-6:00 pm at Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home and one hour prior to the funeral service. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at 12:00 pm at the funeral home with Minister John Gibson officiating. Burial will follow at Coshocton County Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks simply that you “pay it forward”; the greatest effects we have on the world are the ones we can never see.
