Christmas Wonderland coming to Newcomerstown museum

NEWCOMERSTOWN – Christmas Wonderland is coming to Olde Main Street Museum and Social Center, 213 West Canal Street, Newcomerstown. They are looking for groups to decorate a tree or wreath. Interested persons can contact Kathy Ellis at 740-227-0154 or Marianne Dakin at 740-498-5636. They are also looking for donations of items to sell. This is one of the biggest fundraisers for the museum. All contributions are greatly appreciated.

For those who would like to visit, the doors will be open Fridays on Nov. 23 and 30 from 4 – 7 p.m., Saturdays on Nov. 24 and Dec. 1 from 4 – 7 p.m. and Sundays on Nov. 25 and Dec. 2 from 2-6 p.m. Come see the beautifully-decorated trees and wreaths. The trees and wreaths are available for purchase along with many carry-out items for Christmas.

Admission is $3 per person or $10 for a family of four or more and group rates are available by reservation and calling 740-498-5636. A door prize of one of the beautifully-decorated Christmas trees provided by one of the local merchants will be awarded to a lucky visitor to the museum.
