Connie Rodabaugh PictureConstance A. “Connie” Rodabaugh, 83, of Coshocton, Ohio passed away at Heartland ManorCare of Westerville on Thursday January 9, 2014 following a brief illness at The James Cancer Hospital.  Connie was born in Coshocton on June 22, 1930 to the late Russell and Hilda (Cox) Thomas. She was a longtime devoted member of Jehovah’s Witnesses.  She graduated from Coshocton High School, was owner operator of Rodabaugh Florist and Greenhouse, had worked at Kobel’s Greenhouse for twenty years, Coshocton High School Library and retired from Sue’s Hallmark in Coshocton.  Connie was also a commissioned artist having created many different oil paintings, plus she loved and raised canaries for many years. She is survived by her husband Donald L. Rodabaugh; two children Gail (Al) McCune of Coshocton and Thomas W. (April Mathias) Rodabaugh of West Lafayette; a sister Reba A. (John) Rettos of Coshocton; brother Jeffrey L. (Jan) Thomas of Coshocton; sisters-in-law Jennie Thomas of Florida and Janet Rodabaugh (Robert) Myers of California; several nieces, nephews, and extended family.  Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers Allen and Jerry Thomas.  Per her wishes, a cremation will take place and burial of her cremated remains will be held in South Lawn Cemetery at a later date.  An online memorial is located at www.themillerfuneralhome.com .
