Coshocton Footlight Players to conduct annual meeting
The Coshocton Footlight Players will conduct the annual membership meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 4, at 7 p.m. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic the meeting will take place only online using the Zoom platform. Members interested in attending should send an email to [email protected] to reserve a spot for the Zoom meeting invitation. Instructions for joining the meeting will be sent a few days prior to the meeting date.
The agenda for the meeting will include the reading of the minutes, reports from the trustees and officers, financial reports, recognition of the season directors, recognition of volunteer hours, report from the play reading committee, any unfinished business, the election of a trustee and officers for the coming season, and any new business, including proposed by law changes. Nominations for the trustee and officers will be taken from the floor.
Members who purchased a patron level membership are eligible to vote. Members who are unable to attend may appoint Denny Blanford or Helen Scholfield or another Footlight Players member to cast the member’s proxy vote.
Members can go to www.footlightplayers.com and click on the links on the home page under, “About Our Theater.” to find the annual meeting invitation/proxy letter, minutes from last year’s meeting, as well as the revised wording for the proposed bylaw changes. As alternatives, members can email [email protected] to request an electronic copy sent via email attachment or call 740-622-2959 to request a postal delivery. Voicemail requests must include name and address.
