Lonsinger Greg (2)COSHOCTON –Gregory William Lonsinger, 50, of S. 16th St. passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Wednesday, June 04, 2014 at his residence.

He was born March 7, 1964 in Coshocton to William Walter and Lois Viola May (Lawrence) Lonsinger.

Greg was a 1982 graduate of River View High School and was employed for 28 years at Kraft Foods in Coshocton.  He attended New Life Ministries in Coshocton.  He was baptized on March 29, 1964 by Rev. W.O. Keeler and joined the Dutch Run Trinity United Church of Christ with the confirmation class of 1977 with Rev. Wayne Harman.  He loved sports, mushroom hunting, spending time with his family, the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and camping.

Greg’s family would like to extend special thanks to Hospice and all of the caregivers.

He is survived by his parents, Bill & Lois Lonsinger of Warsaw.  A daughter, O’Del Lonsinger (Chris Hoy) of Warsaw.  Two sons;  Beau Lonsinger (Hayley Sturtz) and Nathan Lonsinger (Taylor Triplitt) of Coshocton.  Two grandchildren; Hunter and Quinn Hoy.  A sister, Barbara (Jon) Kissner of Hilliard and a brother, Jeffrey (Pam) Lonsinger of Coshocton.  And several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 8, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Pastor Mark Granger officiating.  Burial will be in the Valley View Cemetery at Warsaw.  Visitation is Saturday, June 7, 2014 from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
