Jim Miller PictureJames C. “Jim” Miller, 85, of Coshocton passed away at his home on Saturday February 9, 2013.  Jim was born in Coshocton on July 21, 1927 to the late Hugh I. and Nora L. (Wright) Miller.  He retired from Clow Water Systems after 42 years of service and served in the US Army.  Jim was a member of Branch United Methodist Church, charter member of South Tuscarawas Fire Department, Eagles Lodge #761, life member of AMVETS #36 and V.F.W. #1330, Coshocton Sportsman Club, American Legion #43, Elks Lodge #1555, Buckeye Sheriff Department and Steelworkers Local #7014.  Jim is survived by his loving wife Mary Eileen (Mallett) Miller who he married December 26, 1947; two devoted sons James A. (Joyce) Miller and Jonathan R. (Charlotte) Miller both of Coshocton; a sister Mattie Jane (Ed Chaney) Selders of Warsaw; grandchildren Jamie (Kristi) Miller, Brent J. Parks, Heather (Michael) Duling all of Coshocton and Christina (John) Willard of Cincinnati; numerous great and great great grandchildren.  Memorial services for Jim will be held at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Saturday February 16, 2013 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Joel Mason officiating and Coshocton County Veterans Honor Guard performing military honors.  All are welcome to join Jim’s family at the Coshocton Eagles Lodge, 99 Main St., Coshocton following the memorial service at the funeral home.  An online memorial is located at www.themillerfuneralhome.com .
