Job fair postponed

Ohio Means Jobs – Coshocton County, a part of Coshocton County Job and Family Services has postponed the pop-up job fair that was scheduled for March 19 at the Village in and Suites.

Lynn Jacobs, administrator of Ohio Means Jobs Coshocton County announced that it was being postponed due to concerns over the corona virus. Twenty local businesses were prepared to meet new prospective employees at the event.

“We are confident that business leaders will choose to join us at the job fair when it is rescheduled,” he said. “Ohio Means Jobs is committed to meet the needs of business human resource needs as well as the needs of prospective employees looking to improve their current situation or enter the job market the first time.”

Sherri Gibson, OMJ Business Liaison, will contact those businesses in case they have immediate staffing needs. Likewise, job seekers are invited to the Ohio Means Jobs Center in the lower level of Coshocton County Job & Family services.
