Julie McConnell Paper for ObitJulie L. McConnell, 49, of Fresno, went home to be with her Savior, parents and best friend Faye Brown at her home on Friday June 28, 2013.

Julie was born in Coshocton on Saturday April 28, 1964 to the late Lindy E. and Constance E. (Holskey) McConnell.

Her life was marked by a legacy of service and compassion. She was a faithful servant to the Lord and a caretaker to many children who were the light of her life. It is those children who will form her lasting legacy.

Julie was a proudly saved Christian and a faithful member of Countryside Chapel, Baltic, Ohio.

She is survived by her two children Barbara nee Boyer (Travis) Larrison of Kimbolton and SFC Dorsel (LeeAnn) Boyer of Fort Polk, LA; three brothers Jim (Linda) McConnell of Coshocton, Lindy (Pam) McConnell and Rich (Jennifer) McConnell both of West Lafayette; three grandsons Trey Boyer, Ethan Larrison and Clay Boyer; two granddaughters Destiny Larrison and Saylor Boyer; many beloved nieces and nephews; several pseudo children and grandchildren she loved deeply and who are too numerous to mention, but you know who you are.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses. The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton is serving the family.
