Miller joins Baltic State Bank

Christopher L. Harstine, president of the Baltic State Bank, announced that Laura Miller has joined the Baltic State Bank as assistant vice president.

Miller has more than 35 years of experience in banking including bank branch management, branch operations, as well as all types of consumer lending, mortgage lending and commercial lending. Miller will continue to serve the banking needs of the local community, with a focus in the lending area.

Harstine said, “Laura understands our community and has a great deal of experience helping our local residents achieve their financial goals. Laura also understands the importance of being actively involved within our local community, which is a great fit with Baltic State Bank’s philosophy and reputation as our area’s local community bank.  We are extremely pleased to have her join our team here at The Baltic State Bank.”

Miller, a life-long resident of the area said, “I am excited to join the wonderful team at the Baltic State Bank. The Baltic State Bank has more than $85 million of assets and has been in the community as an independent community bank since 1902.
