Ruth Ellen (Pigman) Richesson

COSHOCTON – Ruth Ellen (Pigman) Richesson, age 80, passed away on September 26, 2018. She was born on March 23, 1938 to the late James Wilson Pigman and Esther (Gault) and Dean Fry in her grandparents’ home. She was a 1956 graduate of Roscoe High School and enjoyed keeping in touch with her classmates. She married the love of her life, Harlan “Ootz” Richesson, who passed away in 2010. She retired in 2003 from the Novelty Advertising Company. She was a member of the Roscoe United Methodist Church and Gospel Hill Ministries. She loved watching the squirrels and birds in her back yard and her beloved cats, Felix and Sophie.

She is survived by her children, Mike Fuller of Mount Vernon, Lynnette Fuller and Brad (Cathy) Fuller, both of Coshocton; grandchildren, Andrew Fuller, Amanda (Nathan) Hesler, Lissie Fuller and Levi Johnson; great-grandchildren, Beckett Hesler and AJ Hesler; step daughter, Phyllis (Rick) Phelps of West Lafayette; step brothers, Don (Delsie) Fry and Tom (Betty) Fry; as well as several nieces and nephews and step grandchildren, great- grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.

Along with her parents and husband she is preceded in death by Dale Fuller, the father of her children; step daughter, Denise Grewell and step brothers, Sonny Fry and Richard Fry.

Calling hours will be at the Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home on Monday, October 1, 2018 from 11am to 1pm. The funeral will take place at the funeral home on Monday; beginning at 1pm. Burial will follow at the South Lawn Cemetery.

Contributions may be made to the Coshocton County Veterans Council Honor Guard at 318 Main Street Coshocton, Ohio 43812 and the Coshocton County Animal Shelter 21755 TWP RD 164 Coshocton, Ohio 43812.
