Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for April 14, 2014

On April 13 the Sheriff’s Office investigated one accident and seven complaints.

Accidents

– CECIL GRIFFITH JR OF FLORIDA WAS EAST BOUND ON SR541 AT 2ND STREET IN THE STRAIGHT LANE WHEN AND STOPPED AT THE RED LIGHT. DAVID FITZER OF WALHONDING WAS EAST BOUND ON SR541 AT 2ND STREET IN THE LEFT TURN LANE AND STOPPED AT THE RED LIGHT. WHEN THE LIGHT TURNED GREEN CECIL GRIFFITH JR TURNED LEFT INSTEAD OF MAINTAINING HIS STRAIGHT LANE. THE TRAILER OF HIS SEMI CAUGHT DAVID FITZER’S BUMPER, RIPPING IT PART WAY OFF.

Complaints

– THE CEDAR STREET INN REPORTED A FIGHT. DAVID MARSHALL OF COLUMBUS WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH AGGRAVATED DISORDERLY CONDUCT.

– OFFICERS RESPONDED TO A DISTURBANCE CALL IN THE 300 BLOCK OF NORTH 10TH STREET.

– COUNTRY SQUIRE INN AND SUITES REPORTED A ROOM HAD BEEN DAMAGED.

– KAREN MERCER OF COSHOCTON REPORTED LOCATING POSSIBLE CONTRABAND.

– HEATHER NELSON OF COSHOCTON REPORTED BEING ASSAULTED.

– BRENT HARE OF COSHOCTON REPORTED VANDALISM TO HIS VEHICLE.

– OFFICERS RESPONDED TO A DOMESTIC INCIDENT AT 1031 CASSINGHAM AVE. AFTER INVESTIGATION AMANDA QUALLS SHRYOCK WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE BY THREAT AND ONE COUNT OF THEFT.
