Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for August 21

On August 20 the Sheriff’s Office investigated one accident and three complaints.

Accidents
– JACOB J WISE OF WEST LAFAYETTE WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON TR 157 NEAR TR 124 IN LAFAYETTE TWP WHEN HE SWERVED TO MISS A DEER. MR WISE WENT OFF OF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, INTO A DITCH, AND OVER TURNED. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND MR WISE WAS CITED FOR FAILURE TO CONTROL.
Complaints

– AN ILLEGAL DUMP SITE WAS DISCOVERED ON FRANKLIN TWP RD 280, NEAR ROYAL CHAPEL CHURCH.

– BOYD SALYERS OF COSHOCTON REPORTED HIS SHED WAS BROKEN INTO AND VARIOUS ITEMS WERE STOLEN.

– SAMUEL D BURNSIDE OF SOUTH EUCLID, OH REPORTED THE THEFT OF SEVERAL TOOLS.
