Complaints:

11:39 A.M.  Somebody dumped a chair on the roadside.

 

11:41 A.M.  Several tires dumped into the creek just south of the Animal Shelter.

 

4:03 P.M.  Bethlehem Duerson was arrested for violating a protection order.

 

4:16 P.M.  A resident was illegally burning materials during the burning ban.

 

4:57 P.M. A resident reported trash being thrown into their yard.

 

7:00 P.M.  Adam Smith reported damage to his vehicle while parked in the 400 block of S. 4th Street.

 

8:21 P.M.  Deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of North 3rd Street for a male who had a warrant for his arrest.  After a short foot pursuit Michael Berry was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and drug paraphernalia.
