Sheriff’s Office Report for August 4, 2020

On August 3, the Sheriff’s Office investigated 3 Accidents and 4 Complaints. 

Accidents:

  • Mike Carroll was driving a white 2019 Ford F-350, Westbound on Chestnut Street at 20th Street, when a deer ran into the pathway of his vehicle.
  • Karen Casey was backing her 2019 black Dodge Caravan in the parking lot of the Upper BP. Desteni Woodby was parked in her maroon 2005 Ford Escape, which was behind Mrs. Casey’s vehicle. Mrs. Casey did not see Ms. Woodby’s vehicle and backed into the side of the vehicle.
  • Braeden Wheeler reported a motor vehicle accident.

Complaints: 

  • An officer received a report of a suspicious male in the 700 Block of Kenilworth Avenue. Upon investigation, Hercules I Savakis was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct by intoxication.
  • Bill Appis of Coshocton Furniture, reported Shawn Cooper entered his business after Mr. Cooper has been trespassed by the business. Mr. Cooper was charged with criminal trespassing and was arrested on a warrant out of the Municipal Court for failure to appear.
  • Richard Mullins of Warsaw, was arrested for Domestic Violence after a report of a domestic disturbance.
  • Hannah Connolly wanted to report that a Verizon Jetpack was missing from her home.
