COSHOCTON- Susan Edna Pitt, also known as Edna Mae, died Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2014 at Signature Healthcare of Coshocton.

She was born Aug. 3, 1925 in Warsaw to the late John and Blanche (Shephard) Myers.  She was a 1943 graduate of Warsaw High School, where she was a drum majorette.  She was employed for many years as a nurse’s aide.  She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Coshocton, was a fan of NASCAR, and enjoyed shopping, watching TV, and spending time with her family and friends.  Her family wishes to thank the many caregivers who have helped her in recent years, the staff at Hospice-Health Services of Coshocton County, and Signature Healthcare.

She is survived by a son, Larry (Joyce) Burns of Las Vegas, NV, a granddaughter, Shannon (Rob) Reed of Las Vegas, NV, two great-grandsons, Logan & Morgan Reed, a nephew, Craig (Debbie) Myers of Coshocton, and several great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, John Myers and Blanche Myers Lint, she was preceded in death by a husband, Lester Pitt, a brother, Donnie Myers, and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at a later date in Blissfield Cemetery.  The Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is handling arrangements.  www.fischerfuneralhome.com
