Workshop offered for farmers’ market participants

COSHOCTON – OSU Extension is teaching a workshop for farmers’ market food vendors and anyone selling cottage foods, baked goods, eggs or meat from your home or farm. The workshop will cover current regulations, including labeling requirements, for selling foods from farmers’ markets, homes, and farms. There will also be some marketing tips and discussion on pricing strategy.

The workshop will be Tuesday, March 14 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in Room B100 in the County Services Building. There is no charge for the workshop, but please RSVP to the OSU Extension Office at 740-622-2265 by Monday, March 13.
