Anna Mae Barnett

COSHOCTON – Anna Mae Barnett a resident of Coshocton Ohio passed away with her loving family by her side on Saturday May 25, 2019.

Born August 10, 1942 in Salyersville, Kentucky to Hargis and Shirley Mae (Davis) Risner.  Anna was a homemaker and had a heart of gold. She always welcomed and treated everyone like family.  Those who knew her loved her sense of humor and caring personality. Anna was an avid bingo player. She also enjoyed reading the daily newspaper, doing crossword puzzles, and playing Yahtzee with her family and friends.  In the evenings you could find Anna watching jeopardy with her niece Angie Eury and her dog Chance whom also resided with her.  Anna traveled a lot with her late husband Robert, and seven children as they grew up.

Survivors include her sons, Robert (Norma) Barnett of Naples, Florida, Anthony Barnett of Orlando, Florida, Mark (Tracey) Barnett of Cape Coral, Florida, Keith (Zoriada) Barnett of Naples, Florida and Jason Barnett of Boise, Idaho; daughters Jessica (Adam) Bechtol and Lina (Greg) Beal both of Coshocton, Ohio; grandchildren Cody Barnett, Kristen Barnett, Courtney Barnett, Matthew Barnett, Keith Barnett, Edward Barnett, Joshua Barnett, Anthony Barnett, Andrew Barnett, Robert Barnett, Anna Sheldon, Alex Beal, Gabriella Bechtol, Meredith Bechtol; great-grandchildren Jaydin Brown and Micah Brown; sisters Linda (Walt) Fulton and Jewlene (Raymond) Fidler both of Shelby; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Robert Barnett; sisters, Cleo Collins, Lina Rank, and Wilma Jean Castle.

Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Friday May 31, 2019 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM where funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM.

Interment will follow at 2:30 PM in Maple Grove Cemetery, New Haven, Ohio.
