COSHOCTON Hot air balloon pilots will meet at the Visitor’s Center at Roscoe around 7 a.m. to launch a pie ball weather balloon to see if weather conditions will allow a morning launch. Pilots have been given two taskings for the morning flight which typically means a flight is highly likely. Watch the skies around the Wal Mart and Richard Downing Airport for balloon taking flight!
