Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter Nicole Larae Shepherd.  Blanche was the youngest of eleven children and is also preceded in death by her eight brothers, Frank, Eugene, Joe, John, William, Chester, Carl, and Anthony Bober and one sister Virginia Owings.

Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Saturday March 25, 2023 from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM where a memorial service will begin at 3:00 PM with Pastor Jeff Belt officiating.
