Career Center receives state-of-the-art Snap-On Meter Kit

COSHOCTON – The Coshocton County Career Center Auto Technology Students now have the ability to be trained and certified in multi-meter industrial training thanks to the addition of a brand new state-of-the-art Snap-On Meter Kit. Snap-On tools offer nationally-recognized standardized certificates as well as globally-recognized third party certifications that can be integrated into classroom curriculum. With the addition of this equipment, students will now have the ability to be trained to assist in the current and future workforce, to be more skilled, efficient and productive. Meter Certification will allow students to become more employable and to become more compatible across multiple technical education disciplines. Meter certifications require four to six hours of training that will be integrated into the career center current curriculum. In order to receive the certification, students will be required to successfully complete the training, an online certification assessment and an exam that will test their knowledge from training hours.
