Cherry LaRue Wilson

Cherry LaRue Wilson, 61, of Coshocton, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2022, at OSU James Cancer Center. She was born on May 29, 1960, in Dumas, Arkansas to the late Harry Lee and Georgia Mae (Frazer) Wilson. Cherry worked as the assistant to the Coshocton City Mayor. She loved Coshocton and was very prideful of our city. She was loved by so many coworkers, family, and friends.

Cherry is survived by her daughters, Lindsey Ashcraft of Coshocton, Brittany (T.J.) Foster of Belgium and unofficial daughter, Jessi Marcincavage; grandchildren, Brayden, Brooklyn, and Benjamin Foster; sisters, Jo Patton, and Lynn (Gary) Cox.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, James Wilson.

Calling hours will be at the Miller Funeral Home on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022, from 1-3 p.m. A Celebration of Life will begin at the funeral home at 3 p.m. with Mayor Mark Mills officiating.

Contributions may be made to the James Cancer Center with envelopes available at the funeral home.
