Cindy Sue (Dovenbarger) Bradford

COSHOCTON – Cindy Sue (Dovenbarger) Bradford age 67 of Coshocton, Ohio died Saturday March 3, 2018 at the River Crossing Nursing Home, Coshocton, Ohio.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday March 7, 2018 at Free Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Young officiating.  Burial will be at the Franklin Twp. Cemetery.  Friends may call Tuesday March 6, 2018 from 6 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home and one hour prior to service on Wednesday.

Cindy was born February 21, 1951 in Coshocton, Ohio and was the daughter of Edwin and Mary (Stein) Dovenbarger.  On April 15, 1967 she married Lewis Paul Bradford and he survives.  Cindy worked over 30 years and retired from the Ansell-Edmont Company.  She enjoyed bingo, gambling in Wheeling and loved her children and grandchildren.  She was a Loretta Lynn fan.

In addition to her husband she is survived by 6 children Becky (William) Shearn of Coshocton, Ohio, Shelly (Mike Hatfield) McCombs of West Lafayette, Ohio, Jason Bradford of Coshocton, Ohio, Valerie (Paul) Gobel of Coshocton, Ohio, Frankie (Harriet) Chaney of Warsaw, Ohio and Tracey Stubbs of Coshocton, Ohio;11 grandchildren Justin Lewis (Gina) Shearn, Joshua Paul (Ashley) Shearn, Nichole (Brandon Lambert) Hepner, Cody McCombs, Emily Paige Bradford, Paul Gobel III, Rose Gobel, Jake Stubbs, Cody Bigrigg, Kaylynn Chaney and Mary Chaney; 6 great grandchildren Justin Shearn Jr., Olivia Shearn, Rebecca Shearn, Brooke Shearn, Colton Tidwell and Denim Daughtery; 3 sisters Linda (John) Slaughter, Kathy (Harry) Patterson and Sherry (Roger) Webb; 3 brothers Doug (Tammy) Dovenbarger of Coshocton, Ohio, Dale (Karen) Dovenbarger of Newark, Ohio and Eddie (Becky) Dovenbarger of Newcomerstown, Ohio; 2 sister-in-laws Debbie Dovenbarger and Ellen Stein; several nieces and nephews and her special dog “Tiny Tim”.

She was preceded in death by brother Jerry Stein, parents and grandmother Opal Stein.

Family suggests memorial contributions be made to Ohio State Troopers or Interim Hospice of Coshocton County envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
