Columbia Gas of Ohio receives top honor for customer satisfaction

Columbia Gas of Ohio thanks its customers, as their feedback to J.D. Power has ranked Columbia Gas of Ohio first in its 2021 Gas Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study in the Midwest region.

Columbia Gas knows the needs of its business customers as they continue to evolve, and the company is investing in its infrastructure and technologies to ensure a safe and reliable natural gas system.

“We are constantly exploring innovative new ways to provide customers with distinctive experiences that exceed expectations,” added Parisi.

The 2021 J.D. Power Gas Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study is based on responses from 8,980 online interviews of business customers in decision-making roles related to their utility company. The study was fielded in two waves: January through April 2021 and May through September 2021, and it covers factors related to safety and reliability, billing and payment, price, communications, corporate citizenship and customer contact. Columbia Gas ranked highest in business customer satisfaction in the Midwest region.
