Coshocton BPW hosts Licking County League of Women Voters President

On Sept. 20, 2021, Coshocton Local BPW members welcomed guest speaker and president of the Licking County League of Women Voters, Rita Kipp, to their monthly meeting.

Following a dinner catered by Schumaker Farms, Kipp spoke to BPW members and guests about the history and vision of the League of Women Voters, gerrymandering, redistricting in Ohio to promote fair representation, and accessibility to elected officials.

BPW, founded in 1919, promotes equity for all women in the workplace through advocacy, education, and information. Membership is open to men and women, employed or unemployed, who support the legislative platform.
