Daugherty piling up numbers at Ashland

| February 10, 2016

ASHLAND – Through 57 games of their collegiate careers Ashland University girls basketball players, Laina Snyder has 820 points and 500 rebounds, and Andi Daugherty has 775 points and 465 boards. Snyder is a graduate of West Holmes High School and Daugherty graduated from River View High School.

“Very productive. To hit 800 and 500 not even all the way through your sophomore season is very impressive,” said Robyn Fralick, head coach. “Both have been extremely productive since their freshman year. Obviously really, really proud of them, and I hope that
can continue.”

At some point either at the end of this season or early in the 2016-17 campaign, both Snyder and Daugherty will become the 11th and 12th players in program history with at least 1,000 career points and 500 career rebounds.
