MOORE, Edith AnnCOSHOCTON – Edith Ann Moore, age 88, of Coshocton, passed away on Friday, April 7, 2017.

Edith was born on July 18, 1928 in Uhrichsville, to the late Ted and Ruth Moore. She graduated from Coshocton High School in 1946. Edith was a member of the St. John’s United Church of Christ. She was also a life-member of the VFW Ladies Auxilliary. Edith retired from the Coshocton County Library. She enjoyed reading, solving crossword puzzles, and spending time with her beloved cat, Sassy.

Edith is survived by four sisters: Jane (Bill) Albert and Mary Carol Ungurean of Coshocton, Grace (John) Fant of Covina, CA, and Linda McVay of Bradenton, FL;  brother-in-law, Glenn McCoy, sister-in-law, Crissy Moore of Las Vegas, NV,  and many nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, Edith is preceded in death by her brothers, Ted and Larry Moore, and her sister, Margaret McCoy.

Calling hours for Edith will be held at Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 from 12 to 1 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Phil Hunt officiating. Burial will follow at Fairfield Cemetery.
