Hi all – here are a few quick updates from some of our vendors:

All About U Naturals

Hamburger buns are a new product this week – try them in garlic herb or whole wheat. They’re great for BLTs, hamburgers or egg salad sandwiches.

Keene Creek Farm

Pork and eggs are stocked. Our pork products are available in lots of different cuts and seasoning options – try our brats on the grill or marinate some loin chops for a quick, yummy dinner. We will also have some of our Baby Boom Zucchini available this afternoon. They are almost seedless and extremely tender and flavorful.

Rosemary’s Baked Goods

Just a reminder that Rosemary is on vacation this week and will not have any of her goodies in the store. She’ll be back to baking next week though.

Simple Gourmet Syrups

We’ve added gourmet vinegars to our syrup line. Check out the flavors in our stall.

Windy Hill Berry Farm and Vineyard
Finally…our own home-grown, vine-ripened tomatoes. We’ll have large red varieties, and on Friday, sweet, yellow cherry tomatoes! There will be some more Rhubarb-Pecan bread and new this week, Double-Chocolate Zucchini Cake made with white chocolate chips. Red candy onions, cucumbers, yellow squash and zucchini will return to the store (Google ‘Zucchini Casserole Taste of Home’ – they have Mexican and pizza casserole recipes that sound family friendly and really good!) And as featured in this week’s Kid’s Cooking Class at Local Bounty, we will have our own free range brown eggs and English muffins. (Welcome to the world Prince George!)
