Gladys Lillian Holdsworth Dobson

Gladys Lillian Holdsworth Dobson, 93, of Trinway, entered eternal rest Wednesday morning, Jan. 19, 2022, at Altercare Zanesville.

Born Nov. 26, 1928, in Coshocton County, Ohio she was the daughter of the late August and Nellie (Ramsey) Holdsworth and a 1946 graduate of Jefferson High School. Gladys retired from Ansel-Edmont and was a lifelong Stanley Home Products dealer.

Surviving is a daughter, Kathy Holdsworth (Philip Morosko); two grandchildren, Roy Dailey Jr. (Danielle Lowe) and Amanda Corp (Rebecca McCurdy); seven great-grandchildren, Bradly Corp, Scott, Troy and Makinsey (Lexi) Dailey, Haylee, Tony and Erika Lowe; one great-great-granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six siblings, Dean, Paul and James Holdsworth, Glenna Adams, Agnes Hutchison; an infant brother; a nephew, Donald Holdsworth; and a niece, Nancy Holdsworth Northrup.

Friends and family may call Friday, Jan. 28, 2022 from 11 a.m. till time of service at 1 p.m. with Rev. Carl Schaefer officiating at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil and Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main St.

Family asks social distancing be observed and please wear mask during visitation.

Gladys will be laid to rest at Dresden Cemetery, Dresden.
