COSHOCTON – P. Michael Gross is officially announcing his candidacy for Coshocton City Council First Ward.

“I look forward to representing everyone in the first ward and Coshocton fairly,” he said. “I will run a positive campaign, one which I will display integrity and honesty in all my interactions and treat all that I encounter with dignity and respect.”

Gross will be on the November ballot as a (Independent) nonpartisan.

“It will be a great privilege to serve my community on city council representing the first ward,” he said. “I will do so by listening openly to the concerns of all our community members with the goal of building a better Coshocton, one that will thrive economically and still maintain that ‘small town’ feel in our neighborhoods. We live in a great city. Let’s work together to make it an even better place to live, work and play.

Gross was born and raised in the first ward on North 12th Street. He worked at Pretty Products for 35 years as graphics supervisor. He also lived 44 years in the first ward on North 8th Street and is a business owner and operator of Simple Signs Design for 10 years in the first ward on Sycamore Street.
