‘Into the Woods, Jr.’ to be performed
COSHOCTON – The Coshocton Footlight Players Summer Youth Production, “Into the Woods, Jr.”, will be presented at 8 p.m. July 18-20 and 25-27, and at 2 p.m. July 21, at the Triple Locks Theater.
This award-winning play, written by James Lapine, features the music of Stephen Sondheim. “Into the Woods, Junior” is an engaging and funny musical comedy that twists familiar fairy tales into a brand new story. When a Baker and his Wife learn they’ve been cursed with childlessness by the Witch next door, they embark on a quest for the special objects required to break the spell. Cinderella, Prince Charming, Red Riding Hood and Jack with his beanstalk, are just a few of those they encounter during their adventures. This production will feature an all-kids cast of more than 40 young actors from all areas of Coshocton County.
Cast members include Charity Treat, Madison Miller, Veronica Roberts, Kylie Butler, Emily Kobel, Halley Jones, Vanessa Rivera, Annie Bosson, Josie Fornara, Anna Richcreek, Meredith Free, Pamela Mullett, Kellyn Donaker, Ruthie Cameron, Austin Wickham, Brandon Logan, Tristan Conn, Seth Thomas, Jared Norman, Cole Fisher, Justin Conner, Elwood Kreider, Brianna McConnell, Sophia Kobel, Kenzie Potter, Jadyn Art, Kylie Art, Julisa Rivera, Jaidyn Brink, Sierra Torres-Hutchison, Grace Miller, Alyssa Gibson, Mallory Aronhalt, Emily Casey, Ally Casey, Kendall Hoffman, Sophia Dotson, Isabella Geckle, Kindall Shaw, Lacey Richcreek, Shyann Boone, Abigail Lillibridge and Cayden Coffman.
The show is directed by Susan A. Metz, with musical direction by Mike Abood. Marsha Cusin is the Producer and Stephanie Keller and Kristen Amore are the stage managers.

Tickets are $10 each for adults and $5 each for students through the 12th grade, payable at the door. This is not a part of the Footlight Players regular season; therefore, membership tickets cannot be used for this production.
