Jerry Bebout Paper PictureUSFlagSunlightHC1311_X_300_C_YCOSHOCTON – Jerry W. Bebout Sr., 72, of Coshocton passed away Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville after a brief illness.

Jerry was born in Cambridge on December 30, 1944 to the late James W. and Eloise (Bowen) Bebout. He served in the U.S. Army and retired from AEP Conesville Plant after 40 years of service, he was currently a part time driver for Jeff Drennen Dealerships. Jerry was a member of Coshocton Army Navy, American Legion and V.F.W..

He enjoyed spending time outdoors, mowing, golfing, fishing, boating and watching sports.

Jerry is survived by his children, William L. Bebout of Fresno, Tami (Scott) Elder of West Lafayette, Jerry W. (Victoria) Bebout Jr. of Coshocton and Lisa Carter of West Lafayette; grandchildren Paige A. Bebout, Kayla Oswalt, Shawna (Christopher) Albaugh, Adam Elder, James A. Bebout, Sasha M. Carter Barrett and Shauna B. Carter; seven great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special friend Roxann.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his three brothers Robert, Jack and Jim Bebout; great grandchild Isador O’Neal Barrett.

Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Thursday April 13, 2017 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM where a funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM with Pastor Ron Davis officiating. Interment will follow in South Lawn Cemetery with Coshocton County Veterans Honor Guard performing military honors.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Coshocton County Veterans Council, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
