SivikFrazeysburg Jessica N. Sivik, 18, passed away Monday, May 11, 2015 as the result of an auto accident.

Jess was born September 12, 1996 in Columbus. She was a former East Knox student, and was enrolled in the cosmetology program at the Coshocton County Career Center as a member of the 2015 class of River View High School. She performed Baton and was a member of the band while at East Knox, and was also a member of the RVHS Concert and Marching Band.

Jess loved music, especially hard rock, and enjoyed attending “Rock on the Range” in Columbus. She enjoyed spending time with her family and going to Roosters together.

She is survived by her mother, Dawn (Gail) King of Frazeysburg; her father, Thomas Sivik of Tampa, FL; brothers, Danny Hunter of Hilliard, and Ryan Hunter of Boulder, CO; maternal grandmother, Viola Schaaf; paternal grandmother, Judith Sivik; and grandmother, Charlotte King; special extended family, Clara, Todd, and Nathan Clevenger; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and her four legged friends, Dee, Mic, Sadie, and Tucker.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Ronald Sivik.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday May 16 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw. Pastor Dan Swanson will officiate. Calling hours will be from 4-8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
