Karl D. Farver
WEST LAFAYETTE – Karl Delbert Farver, 83, a resident of Lafayette Pointe Care Center and formerly of Coshocton, died Saturday May 18, 2013 at the Coshocton Co. Memorial Hospital Palliative Care Unit.
He was born Sept. 17, 1929 in Benton to the late Karl Earl Farver and Julia (Palmer) Carter. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He married Frances (Payne) Farver on Aug. 17, 1952, who preceded him in death on July 16, 1992. He retired from Pretty Products in 1985, having been an employee for 27 years.
He is survived by a nephew, John Farver, Jr. of Michigan, and his special family; Carol Sue McKee, Jennifer Walters, Michael Walters, Michael Walters II, and Jospeh Walters, all of Coshocton, and Jaylob, Draden, and Cervera Braxton, all of Warsaw.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, John R. Farver.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday May 21, 2013 at South Lawn Cemetery with Stan Braxton officiating, and graveside military rites performed by the Coshocton Co. Joint Veterans Council. The Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is handling arrangements. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
