Kenneth A. Wilson
COSHOCTON – Kenneth A. “Kenny” Wilson, 73, died Monday, April 10, 2017 at his residence.
He was born Dec. 28, 1943 in Webster Sprigs, WV to the late Okey and Devear (Carpenter) Wilson. He served in the National Guard, and worked as a diesel mechanic his entire life, until his retirement. He enjoyed tinkering with cars and camping with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Marilyn (Cognion) Wilson, whom he married Nov. 6, 1966; three children, Thomas Wilson, Mike (Andrea) Wilson, and Patricia Wilson, all of Coshocton; five grandchildren, Raven (fiancé Colten Kelso), Austin, Brianna, Zack, and Kaliyah; a great-granddaughter, Hannah; a brother, Delbert Wilson of Tarboro, NC; a sister, Sue (Willard) Bush of West Bedford; and an aunt, Mary McCourt of Upperglade, WV.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Russell E. “Squeak” Wilson, and Jack Wilson.
A memorial service will be held Friday, April 14, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Pastor Mark Granger officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
