COSHOCTON – The alumni council of Leadership Coshocton County is planning an alumni pool party. This family-friendly event is open to alumni of Leadership Coshocton County and their family, to be held Sunday, July 29, at the Coshocton KOA Campground (formerly Colonial Campground), located at 24688 CR 10, just outside of Coshocton.

The party will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Alumni and family are asked to bring a covered dish as well as their own table service and drinks. Hot dogs, buns and condiments will be provided. Swimmers are asked to pay $4 at the KOA Camp Store; there is no fee for non-swimmers.

Council Chair Shannon Shontz, LCC 2014, states, “One of our goals of the Leadership Coshocton Alumni Council is to keep alumni united and what better way to do so than a summer cookout and pool party. I am really looking forward to seeing everyone and I believe this will be a great family event for everyone.”

In addition to swimming, the KOA has a new playground for youngsters; corn hole and life-size Jenga for all ages. Registration for the party is requested by Sunday, July 22; or for more information, contact Executive Director Betsy Gosnell at [email protected] or phone at 740-622-0010. When registering, please provide the number of guests in your party.
