1. Sealed bids for the furnishing of the necessary materials and services for City of Coshocton Wastewater Treatment Plant Biosolids Management Services Contract will be received by the City at the Mayor’s Office, City Hall, 760 Chestnut Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 until 11:30 am on February 15, 2017 at City Hall and will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.

2. The proposed work consists of approximately 200 dry tons of Biosolids to be hauled from the City Wastwewater Treatment Plant at 2742 CR 271. Arrangements for disposal of the hauled materials are to be made by the Contractor.

3. The Bidding Documents, including bidder information, Biosolids Contract Services Specifications, Bid Form and Contract can be obtained from the Mayor’s office at no charge.

4. The City of Coshocton, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in work.
