Legal Notice
In compliance with Section 5715.17, Revised Code of Ohio, the County Board of Revision has completed its work of reviewing Coshocton County tax valuations for the current year, and they are open for public inspection in the County Auditor’s office. This is a triennial update year and includes increased market values and the new CAUV formula. Complaints against new valuations can be filed after DTE approval and before April 1 and will be heard by the Board of Revision in the County Treasurer’s office by the end of July as per hearing notices sent by certified mail.
