Vendor updates:
Hillbippie
It was nice to have a break but now it is time to bake!  I will have Focaccia and Braided Challah in LB later today, check facebook for updates.  I am also excited to be making baguettes that Chef Bob McKenna will be mastering into an appetizer for our Farm to Table Dinner this Saturday!  Also in stock delicious blends of herb tea, no caffeine, 100% herb.  Serve hot or iced.  WINE jelly is great as a glaze on meats or veggies or by itself.  It is ok if you eat it with a spoon 🙂

Keene Creek Farm

It has been an extraordinarily hectic past couple of weeks around our place. We have hogs in all stages of “fattening up” right now. Some go to butcher later this month, eight more will be ready December-ish and then the litter of piglets we have will be late winter/early spring. It is pretty darn exciting for us that we have grown to the point we are now. Thanks for your support in helping us get there. This week you’ll find most of your favorite cuts in our LB freezer. Did you know our smoked sausage links have no nitrites or MSG in them? Just straight up sausage and wood smoke. Delicious
Thank you!
