Marion B. Laughlin

Laughlin002COSHOCTON – Marion Ruth (Bomar) Laughlin, 94, a resident of the Coshocton Health and Rehabilitation Center, and formerly of Warsaw, died Monday, July 8, 2013 at the care center.

She was born March 25, 1919 in Shelbyville, TN to the late Eldridge and Laura (Hix) Bomar.

She attended the Tennessee Middle State University.  Worked for five years at the former Shaw-Barton Co. in Coshocton in the accounting department and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her son, Bob (Diane) Laughlin of Warsaw.  Two grandsons, Shawn Laughlin of Akron and Brian Laughlin of Warsaw.  A great granddaughter, Brianna Hennen of Columbus.  A sister, Martha Jean Norton of Aiken, SC.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Russell Laughlin, whom she married March 15, 1944, he died April 20, 1991.  She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Margaret McKee and Elizabeth McCormack.

A private burial will be held at the Valley View Cemetery in Warsaw.  The Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is handling the arrangements.  www.fischerfuneralhome.com
