Cochran pictureCOSHOCTON – Michael “Mike” Cochran, 52, of Coshocton passed away Saturday October 8, 2016 due to a motorcycle accident.  Mike was born in Coshocton on December 5, 1963.

Mike was a 1982 graduate from River View High School and the Coshocton JVS. He worked as an auto body technician at Mike Kehl’s Body Shop.  He loved riding dirt bikes and four wheelers. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and inventing things, but his passion in life was riding motorcycles. He loved spending time with his family and friends.

Mike is survived by his wife, Jodi (Ross) Cochran whom he married January 4, 2008; daughter Evan (Travis) Arnold of Coshocton; sons Aaron (Tasha) Slaughter and Erik (Taylor) Slaughter both of Coshocton; father Walter D. Cochran of Coshocton; grandchildren Jaiden and Jakob Arnold, Aadon and Alivia Slaughter, Wesley Slaughter, and a grandson on the way; brother Randy Cochran of California; step-brother Doug Guilliams; step sister Becky McCurd;  his beloved pets, Marge and Lenny; and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother Geraldine (Bowling) Cochran and step-mother Jane Cochran.

Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Friday October 14, 2016 from 1:00-3:00PM and 5:00-7:00PM and one hour prior to the funeral service.  Funeral service for Mike will be Saturday at 11:00AM with Pastor Mark Granger officiating.

After services we will be taking a final ride and any motorcyclist or cars that would like to ride can do so.

Memorial contributions can be directed towards Down Bikers and/or The Coshocton County Animal Shelter.
