Pam McVay PicturePamela S. “Pam” McVay, 61, of West Lafayette passed away with her loving family by her side on Tuesday September 16, 2014. Pam was born in Orville, Ohio on July 3, 1953. She owned and operated a beauty shop in Coshocton County for many years and had worked at several banks in Coshocton. Pam treasured life, she made every day count and always tried to live life to the fullest. She truly enjoyed spending time with and taking care of her family. Pam is survived by her devoted husband Donald L. McVay Jr.; two sons Ryan (Andrea) McVay and Tim (Kelli) McVay both of Newark; her parents Paul and Ruth Hayes of Florida; six grandchildren Cameron Leedale, Kenzie Leedale, Emerson McVay, Mason McVay, Johnathan McVay and Andrew McVay; six brothers Earl Bud (Patsy) Lee of Nashville, Chris Lee and Mark Hayes both of Florida, Marty (Jennifer) Hayes of Coshocton, Dave (Lollie) Hayes of Zoar and Charlie (Darla) Hayes of Florida; numerous nieces and nephews. A cremation has taken place, a time of celebrating Pam’s life will be held at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Friday September 19, 2014 from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
