Plans being made for revitalization of business district
COSHOCTON – Members of the community are invited to give input on the Organizational Environment (Our Town Coshocton) component of the Business District Revitalization Plan.
Members of the community, Our Town Coshocton and the City are working together to put a plan in place for revitalization of the business district. The plan will be based on the Four Point Main Street Approach. Important organizational environment ideas will be discussed such as vision/mission, structure, staffing, work plan/strategic planning, talent/volunteer management, website/Internet presence, membership development, financing options, and marketing assistance.
