COSHOCTON – A ribbon cutting ceremony was recently held at Ohio State of Mind in Roscoe Village. Several proclamations were read by various State Leaders during this ribbon cutting. Bob Gibbs, Governor Kasich and Josh Mandel all recognized this unique shop experience highlighting made in Ohio wares.
