Sarah M. Lahna

TOLEDO – Sarah M. Lahna, 66, of Toledo, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 5, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo. She was born Aug. 31, 1951, in Coshocton, to the late Robert and Eileen (Roahrig) Lahna. She graduated from Newcomerstown High School in 1969. Sarah was employed with the Monastery of the Visitation for more than eight years.

Sarah is survived by a son, Bryan (Jennifer) Lahna; grandchildren, Allison Stachura, Modesto Sanchez and Cassidy Lahna; brothers and sisters , Kenny (Jean) Lahna, Chuck (Connie) Lahna, Patricia (John) Harsh, Janice (Scott) Bossart, Regina (Ken) Schilling and Steve (Lisa) Lahna. She was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony (Jean) Lahna and a sister, Susan Pauline Lahna. She also left behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and an uncle.

A memorial mass was celebrated on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Toledo. Graveside services will be Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Cemetery in Coshocton. Following the graveside services, a Celebration of Life for Sarah will be held at Hopewell School, 23720 Airport Road from noon to 4 p.m.
