In pursuance of an ORDER OF SALE in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, at the Coshocton County Court House in Coshocton, Ohio, in the above named county on FRIDAY, the 7th day of July, 2017, at 10:00 AM, the following described real estate, situated in the County of Coshocton, State of Ohio, and in  THE TOWNSHIP OF OXFORD to wit: If said property does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale again with no minimum bid and at the same time of day and at the same place on July 21st, 2017.
