In pursuance of an ORDER OF SALE in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, at the Coshocton County Courthouse in Coshocton, Ohio, in the above named county on FRIDAY, the 2nd day of November, 2018, at 10:00 AM, the following described real estate, situated in the County of Coshocton, State of Ohio, and in THE CITY OF COSHOCTON to wit: If said property does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale again with no minimum bid and at the same time of day and at the same place on November 16th, 2018.

NOTE: If the United States of America holds a lien on the real estate, the United States of America shall have the right to redeem as provided by Title 28, Section 2410 (C), United States Code.

IF THE PROPERTY APPRAISED OVER $200,000.00, A DEPOSIT OF $10,000.00 IS REQUIRED. BALANCE DUE UPON RECEIPT OF DEED. BIDDING WILL START AT TWO-THIRDS OF THE APPRAISED VALUE FOR THE FIRST SALE DATE.
