Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for December 11

On December 10 the Sheriff’s Office investigated three accidents and four complaints.

Accidents

– EMMA D YODER OF FRESNO WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON SR 643 IN CRAWFORD TWP, WHEN SHE LOST CONTROL OF HER VEHICLE DUE TO THE SNOW COVERED ROADWAY CAUSING HER VEHICLE TO STRIKE THE EMBANKMENT.

– LUCAS A MCCOY OF WARSAW WAS TRAVELING ON CHERRY ST WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE DUE TO THE SNOW COVERED ROADWAY AND STRUCK A FENCE.

– DEREK A LINDEL OF BARBERTON WAS TRAVELING ON SR 83 IN MILLCREEK TWP WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE DUE TO THE ICY ROADWAY AND STRUCK A GUARDRAIL.

Complaints

– DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO AN AUTOMATIC BURGLARY ALARM FROM A NEWCOMERSTOWN BUSINESS. UPON ARRIVAL, DEPUTIES FOUND A BUILDING HAD BEEN ENTERED AND SEVERAL SUBJECTS WERE STILL ON THE PREMISES. THIS INCIDENT REMAINS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

– AN ILLEGAL DUMP SITE WAS DISCOVERED AT A COSHOCTON BUSINESS.

– ASHLEY KEFFER OF WEST LAFAYETTE REPORTED SEVERAL ITEMS STOLEN FROM HER VEHICLE.

– DUSTIN M TYLER OF PETERSBURG, MI WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH OVI, OVI LOW TEST, AND FAILURE TO DRIVE WITHIN MARKED LANES.
