Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for December 9

On December 16 the Sheriff’s Office investigated five accidents and two complaints.

Accidents

– JAMES L MCCRAKEN OF BRINKHAVEN LOST CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE DUE TO THE ICE COVERED ROADWAY ON CR 22 IN JEFFERSON TWP.

– DUSTIN A JENKINS OF COSHOCTON WAS TURNING ONTO GRAHAM CT WHEN HIS TRAILER STRUCK A POWER POLE.

– HANNAH M KERR OF UTICA WAS TRAVELING EAST ON SR 541 IN JACKSON TWP WHEN SHE LOST CONTROL OF HER VEHICLE DUE TO ICE ON THE ROADWAY. HER VEHICLE STRUCK THE GUARDRAIL AND THEN SLID INTO THE DITCH.

– DANIEL J HANNON OF FRESNO WAS TRAVELING EAST ON CR 16 IN TUSCARAWAS TWP WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE DUE TO ICE ON THE ROADWAY CAUSING HIS VEHICLE TO STRIKE A MAILBOX.

– AUSTIN L COURTRIGHT OF WEST LAFAYETTE WAS TRAVELING EAST ON CR 16 IN TUSCARAWAS TWP WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE DUE TO ICE ON THE ROADWAY CAUSING HIS VEHICLE TO STRIKE THE GUARDRAIL.

Complaints

– A COSHOCTON FEMALE REPORTED RECEIVING THREATENING TEXT MESSAGES.

– KYLE A PAUL OF COSHOCTON WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH OVI.
